Sorry to hear that, but I have a suggestion for you. Give them another call/letter and threaten to go to Suzuki. Im sure that will get there attention. If not, bypass the dealer and go straight to Suzuki. I dont mean/want to sound sexist or anything, but, with you being a woman I have a feeling they will listen to you more than us guys.
